All arrivals/ departures outside of the check-in and check-out time are subject to availability. This may be subject to additional charges, as applicable. Please get in touch with our reservations team in this regard.
All Government levies / taxes will be charged as per prevailing Government guidelines.
There will be no charge on children below 2 years age. For age groups from 02 to 10 years – charges will be applicable as per resort policy. Proof of date of birth, as per Government record, will have to be submitted at the time of check-in to avail of this benefit. Any extra cot, however, will be subject to additional charges, as applicable.
You will be required to submit an original Proof of Identify, as authorised by the Government of India & containing your photo, at the time of check-in. Reservation will be accorded to you on the basis the said original Proof of Identify.
If you are a Non-Indian foreign national, you will be required to produce your valid passport and visa related documentation at the time of check-in.
Sandbanks does not encourage guests to drink and drive.
Sandbanks Beach Villas, Morjim is an entity of SEA VIEW INFRATECH LLP.

All payments with respect to the consumption of any food and beverage item on the Sandbanks Beach Resort, which includes the in-room dining services, restaurant services or sun-bed services, will have to be paid for at the time of availing the services itself. The amount will not be charged to the villa under any circumstance.
The management at the Sandbanks Beach Resort will not be responsible for the loss of any of your personal belongings.
Reservations will be released automatically if full payment is not received in advance by Sandbanks Beach Resort.
Sandbanks Beach Resort has no cancellation policy or refund policy.
There will be no waiver of charges in cases involving no-show.
Possession and use of prohibited substances, as per the prevailing Government guidelines, is strictly prohibited in the Sandbanks Beach Resort. The Sandbanks Beach Resort takes no responsibility for the same.
Sandbanks Beach Resort has a zero-tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation or may remove a person who, while on the premises, acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys of threatens to destroy the premises or causes or threatens to cause public disturbance. Such circumstance will attract penalties as per Resort policies.
