★ All arrivals/ departures outside of the check-in and check-out time are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.

★ All Government levies/ taxes will be charged as per prevailing Government guidelines.

★ There will be no charge on children below 5 years old. For age groups above 5 years age, charges will be applicable as per hotel policy.

★ You will be required to submit an original proof of identity, as authorised by the Government of India containing your photo, at the time of check-in. Further, govt. proof of identity of all the guests staying in the room is mandatory including children.

★ No outside guests shall be allowed into the rooms unless their valid government proof of identity is submitted with the reception.

★ If you are non-Indian foreign national, you will be required to produce your valid passport and visa related documentation at the time of check-in.

★ All payments with respect to the consumption of any food and beverage items at the Sandbanks Beach Villas, Morjim,  which includes the in-room dining services, restaurant services or sun-bed services, will have to be paid for at the time of availing the services itself. The amount will not be charged to the villa/ room/ apartment under any circumstance.

★ The management at the Sandbanks Beach Villas, Morjim will not be responsible for the loss of any of your personal belongings.

★ The guest will be solely responsible for the operation and usage of lockers in their rooms.

★ The cars parked by the guests in the hotel premises will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

★ Possession and use of prohibited substances, as per the prevailing Government guidelines, is strictly prohibited in the Sandbanks Beach Villas, Morjim. The Sandbanks Beach Villas, Morjim takes no responsibility for the same.

★ Sandbanks Beach Villas, Morjim has a zero-tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation or may remove a person who, while on the premises, act in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy the premises or causes or threatens to cause public disturbance. Such circumstances will attract penalties as per resort policies.

★ Services like complimentary Breakfast/ Meals/ Happy Hours offers can only be availed in restaurant. Such services will not be entertained in the room.

★ Beachside access from the restuarant area of the property, shall be closed for security reasons by midnight. Any and all access to the beach or resort from midnight to 0600 hours , shall have to be from the road side access.

★ White bathroom towels shall not be allowed for use on the beach. Misuse or loss of any towels shall invite an additional charge.

★ Room grooming and turn down services shall be provided once a day daily. Guests would need to inform the reception of the requirement to avail of the service.

★ Smart TV's have been provided in all rooms. WiFi password can be requested from the reception.

★ 2 Litres of bottled water shall be provided per room nights. Any extra requirement will be on a chargeable basis.

★ Mini Bars have been loaded with goodies in the Villas and consumption is chargeable as applicable.

★ In order to use the jacuzzi, the guest must pre-inform the front office at least 2 hours.

★ Pool Timings : 0700 hrs to 2000 hours. Please wear a swimming costume to use the pool.

★ Breakfast (CP Package) Timings : 0900 hours to 1000 hours.

★ Restaurant Timings : 0900 hours to 2300 hours.

★ Intercom Numbers : Reception (9), Security (100), Restaurant (300)

★ Right of Reservation and policies can be changed/ modified by management at any time without any notice or information.
